We are proud to
operate under a strict framework of principles developed by our President.
Scott Berry developed these principles based on his many years of experience, as
well as feedback regarding how our customers, peers, and colleagues expect and
deserve to be treated.We
do not take these principles lightly, in fact we are passionate about them.
We only wish everyone would operate in the same manner.

professional manner, and with the respect they deserve.

All Realtors, and Real
Estate Offices Are Not The Same! Let’s face it, it is not difficult to
obtain a Real Estate license. As with anything else, nobody needs to
settle for less than the best. |

We are aggressive, and
We don’t mess around! Our job is to sell YOUR Property, as quickly as
possible, and for top dollar. Our job is not to use your property to
find our next customer. We waste no time getting your property in front
of the appropriate people who have the highest propensity to purchase. |

cutting edge technology to market your home to the widest range of
people who have the highest propensity to purchase. |

You will always know (up
to the minute) what we are doing to sell YOUR HOME. You will have
access to a personal website, that will show you details of our
activities, as well as comments we have received from those who have
seen your property. You will also have an “800 number” to call for
updates, which is updated every Monday. |

Business.” Sellers do not need to settle for “traditional” marketing

You do not have to pay
an inflated commission to Hire The Best. Our business model is
structured so that you pay only 4% when we bring the Buyer, and only 5%
if another MLS Agent brings the Buyer (they get 3%). |

Under our current
structure, we will never take on more than 12 customers at a given
time. This insures each customer receives the service they expect, and
deserve. |
